“I have been training with Zack for a few months now and am so pleased with the results both physically and mentally. I feel so much more confident in myself and because of Zack’s belief in me, feel that I can achieve my goals(despite a few social nights out)!! Zack has realistic expectations and the work outs are varied, challenging and fun and I love working outside in the fresh air. Zack is passionate about health and fitness and so supportive, not just during the sessions but in between these too.
